INSTITUTIONAL INFORMATION
Red Deporte y Cooperación Foundation has Special Consultative Status in the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC). In 2002, the United Nations began a process of incorporating sport into its programs through the creation of the special working group “Sports for Development and Peace”, Red Deporte contributing to the consolidation of this process from its beginnings and also being an entity signatory of the Magglingen Declaration.
