SCOREWOMAN: EMPOWERING THE FEMALE REFEREES OF THE FUTURE

Scorewoman is a program aimed at female football referees, with the goal of improving their decision-making skills and stress management. Through realistic simulations and digital content, the project seeks to promote the inclusion of women in refereeing and combat sexist stereotypes in sports.

The Scorewoman project is designed to address the specific challenges faced by female referees in the world of football, with a particular focus on stress management and the development of key decision-making skills.

This program is aimed at female referees who are working in amateur leagues and are starting their careers in the profession. Red Deporte has been involved in female empowerment projects through sport since its inception, making this initiative of great interest to the association.

Through an innovative approach, Scorewoman offers training using advanced technologies that simulate real match conditions, providing a digital environment for training. The goal is to challenge sexist stereotypes, encourage the practice of football among women and girls, and promote equal opportunities and social inclusion.

The project takes a comprehensive approach, working on emotional, social, and technical aspects, as well as tactical skills that will enable referees to perform more confidently and efficiently on the field.

Additionally, it will contribute to the development of women in leadership and executive positions, fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation within sports organizations.
